This rebate can help with appliances, furniture, finishing touches, or other needs for your new home.

Offer 2 • Extended Delivery Window

2026 Tax Time Rebate Offer

Customers can combine this Moosehead Cedar Log Homes rebate with the Hart’s Desire Log Homes rebate offer for qualifying projects. Larger package values qualify for larger rebate amounts, with the highest rebates available for earlier delivery.

Deposit by May 1, 2026 Full rebate with delivery by June 30, 2026 Reduced rebate through Sept. 30, 2026

Rebate Amounts

  • $100,000 to $199,999.99 package — $7,500 rebate with delivery by June 30, 2026, or $3,750 rebate with delivery between July 1 and September 30, 2026
  • $200,000 to $299,999.99 package — $12,500 rebate with delivery by June 30, 2026, or $6,250 rebate with delivery between July 1 and September 30, 2026
  • $300,000 and up package — $17,500 rebate with delivery by June 30, 2026, or $8,750 rebate with delivery between July 1 and September 30, 2026

Offer Requirements

  • MCLH proposal or contract must be dated January 1, 2025 or later
  • Total MCLH package price must be $100,000 or more
  • Initial or new 20% deposit must be received by May 1, 2026
  • First MCLH-sourced load must deliver by June 30, 2026 for the full rebate, or between July 1 and September 30, 2026 for the reduced rebate
  • This offer cannot be combined with other MCLH discount offers, but it can be combined with the Hart’s Desire Log Homes Rebate Offer
